As the Water/Wastewater Plant Manager for the Town of Rainbow Lake, I have been interacting with Jake Reimer, the owner of A&L Maintenance for three years as this company has been performing all the flushing on the Wastewater Collection System for several years, even prior to my tenure with this Water/Wastewater System. Jake Reimer is honest and both Jake and his team take on the most difficult of tasks with enthusiasm, performing the job efficiently and are fair on their pricing also. When the annual flushing program has been completed, Jake provides a detailed verbal report of their findings and suggestions of items that require repairs. Jake always goes the extra mile, whether it is finding service lines that are not documented, assisting with cleaning valve boxes, and closing valves for redundant services. We recently had a serious watermain break and Jake came forward to assist and had an innovative plan for temporary repairs to restore water services. Permanent repairs, including replacement of the fire hydrant will be completed in August and Jake will be involved with this project. I enjoy working with Jake and his team, great work ethics with excellent equipment and I would highly recommend his company for all your hydro vac requirements and repairs to water/wastewater distribution/collection infrastructure.
